Albert M. Cerone- SCGREA, IFAS, FELLOW
Mr. Cerone's successful involvement in the real estate industry began in 1970. His primary area of
endeavor is real property consulting, valuation and analysis. He has completed numerous
appraisal reports and analyses in various formats for a multitude of purposes (i.e. financing,
foreclosures, buy-outs, inheritance tax filings, marital dissolutions, condemnations, residential
subdivisions and commercial development, appraisal reviews, etc.) . Mr. Cerone provides
professional testimony as a professional liabilities expert, real estate consultant for land use
matters, real property tax appeals, civil trials and consultation to various state boards, as well as
having been the expert for the RTC & FDIC.
Since 1978, Mr. Cerone has presented over 500 real estate ,appraisal, land use and professional liability courses and seminars throughout the United States and its territories for professional associations, as well as colleges and universities. He was a Senior Certified National Instructor for the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers; and, is the senior co-author of one of its appraisal text books, PRINCIPLES OF RESIDENTIAL REAL ESTATE APPRAISING; and, two manuals titled, MARKET DATA ANALYSIS FOR RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES and LAND USE. In addition he has developed several seminars to include Professional Liability Avoidance, Writing to the Reviewer, Land Use and Cost or Not to Cost. William Boyd Amonett - SCGREA, IFAS
William Boyd Amonett began a career in real estate in 1959. As an agent and broker, he has
sold houses, buildings and land. For several years, he purchased, repaired and re-sold dwellings;
as well as created, bought and sold mortgages. Mr. Amonett made a fortune with his partner in
the real estate investment business. At one time, they bought re-habilitated and re-sold as many
as eight dwellings per week.
In addition to investing, he is also an expert witness in the field of appraising. He has appeared in condemnation, tax appeal, litigation and bankruptcy cases. Mr. Amonett is a nationally certified instructor with the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers for whom he teaches courses on the financial calculator, income property appraising and re-certification courses. He has written several courses for the NAIFA and has also written several articles for trade publications. He holds the Senior Designation of IFAS with the NAIFA and is a State certified General Appraiser in the State of Maryland. This qualifies him to appraise all types of properties.
Mr. Amonett holds a BCS degree from Strayer College of Accountancy in Washington, D.C. In addition, Mr. Amonett served as an elected official in Prince George's County, Maryland where he was integral to the decision making process for land use and zoning issues in addition to this normal legislative duties. On a professional contract basis he has been the land acquisition officer for the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission; and, he served as a member of the Maryland State Planning Commission.
In 2006, Bill Amonett published a book titled, Create Wealth Part Time. This work is not Trumponian. It sets a clear path of investment opportunities and determination skills for regular people of lesser means than Trump or Gates. It provides the mathematical procedures one can learn quite easily and apply to the opportunities to insure the investment can in fact provide an anticipated return. Mr. Amonett is presently co-authoring yet another real estate appraising book.

Mr. Vidi came on the real estate scene after graduation from Boston College in the early
70's. However, with parents deeply entrenched in housing and real estate, he was fully
indoctrinated in real estate long before he began his career. Not one to rest on his laurels,
his success and notoriety began immediately. His meteoric rise was noticed by many both
within his profession and for those it served. By the end of the 80's he was known
nationwide and has traveled extensively throughout the United States and in portions of
South America to set forth valuation recognition and excellence. Mr. Vidi most recently
has become recognized as one of the very few mold experts with regard to realty valuation
in the United States.
Peter Vidi has his offices in Washington D.C. and provides valuation needs for the Maryland, D.C. and northern Virginia locales. He is also owner of a title company which provides insurance throughout most of the central eastern and the mid- atlantic states. His title experience allows him to effectively testify as a realty expert in matters that most experts would likely not be able to accept. His curricula vitae is extensive and extremely impressive. Patricia J. Chiapperini - Bashaw -
Ms. Chiapperini has enjoyed a success filled 30 + years in the real estate field. Her
brokerage, valuation and mortgage involvements have helped sculpt one of the most
successful women in the realty field in the State of New Jersey. Dedication and hard work
are her keys to success. She has provided expert testimony throughout most of central
New Jersey in both superior courts and at various municipal boards. She has personally
completed over 2,000 real property appraisals and been responsible for over 15,000 in
over the years. Ms. Chiapperini is one of a handful of Uniform Standards of Professional
Appraisal Practice (USPAP) certified national instructors. She now invests much of her
time of her busy schedule instructing appraisal courses. However, she handles select cases for professional liabilities and fraud litigation.
His successes were readily recognized and his reputation for success established his as the center of real estate solutions for the marketplace in which he was working. To date, that marketplace has expanded to Florida and other notable resort locales on the Eastern seaboard. However, Rich’s involvements are no longer real estate sales directly. He has been recognized by the lender through which he places many of his loans as being in the top 1% of mortgage placements nationally.
Rich McCabe has proved to be a successful real estate investor of the past years and applies his keen business investment experiences in assisting those who seek to invest in real estate. His clientele range from individuals, new families to large investment consortiums. Rich has the ability to relate to varied markets and does so with great aplomb which allows those relying on his expertise to make decisions with great confidence and comfort.
Mr. McCabe has offered expert testimony in land use cases due to his constant involvement with land development. There are few in the mortgage industry who truly have the credentials, educational background and front line experience that Rich possesses. His successes translate to sound real estate investment advice which includes the acquisition of property, land development, marketability and keen financing decisions for his clients.
Robert F. Mccook, Jr. has been an auctioneer and appraiser since 1985 conducting
innumerable real and personal property, estate and vehicle auctions. He has been a leader
in wholesale / retail sales, specialized marketing and business management since 1973.
Mr. McCook is a licensed New Jersey real estate sales person, an instrtuctor at Ocean
County College, past Director and Vice President of the New Jersey State Society of
Auctioneers (NJSSA), a member of the National Auctioneers Associateion, the New York
State Auctioneers Association, the New Jersey State Society of Auctioneers, and the
National Association, New Jersey Association and Monmouth / Ocean / Middlesex
Counties Associations of REALTORS.
Mr. McCook is a recent New Jersey State Society of Auctioneers Bid Calling Champion, the recipient of their most prestigious award, Auctioneer Of The Year and the recipient of several NJSSA Advertising Excellence Awards. He is also an Automotive Fleet Consultand and Auction Agent with all major automotive auctions in the United States. He is a graduate of the Mendenhall School of Auctioneering and of the Delaware Valley School of Real Estate.

Mr. Cannon has been involved in the areas of land surveying and engineering for land development since 1982. He has performed a number of Title Surveys for closing as well as Outbound and Topographic Surveys for numerous Site Plans and Subdivisions. He has also provided the engineering design and construction layout for those Site Plans and Subdivisions.
That would include lot configuration, roadway and parking lot design and associated grading, drainage, lighting and landscaping. Mr. Cannon also provides expert testimony in front of Planning Boards and Zoning Boards of Adjustment in support of the Site Plans and Subdivisions. Mr. Cannon received his professional engineering license in 1991 and his professional surveying and professional planning licenses in 1992. Since then he has been in responsible charge of many engineering and surveying projects. He has worked as a Quality Control Engineer for pier projects at Naval Weapons Station Earle and the Coast Guard Facility at Sandy Hook, NJ. He has also provided surveying construction layout for the new C-17 hangar at McQuire A.F.B., the Coast Guard Maintenance Hangar at Atlantic City and the Medical/Dental Facility at Weapons Station Key West. When not working on a federal military base Mr. Cannon provides pile design and layout for residential foundations along the shore as well as flood elevation certificates and engineered pool grading plans now required by many towns.
